60 children from Reception and Year 1 visited Twycross Zoo, set in the heart of England. The zoo is an internationally recognised conservation charity and award-winning visitor attraction spanning across 100 acres.
We enjoyed an exciting tour of the zoo which is the home to all four ape species, chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans and our closest living relative, the bonobos.
All children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were excited to share their adventures with their families.
