We held a whole school ‘Enrichment Day’, which gave children opportunity to either share their God-given talents with others or to try new and varied activities, which develop character, build resilience and encourage them to pursue wider goals.
Having the chance to participate in mixed age groups, allowed children to celebrate the diversity of the school, working with others they may otherwise not be able to. Each child was able to share their skills and talents, during this enrichment afternoon.
“When each separate part works as it should, the whole body grows and builds itself up through love.” (Ephesians 4:16)
Children were able to choose their preferred activities from a wide selection, such as; bird watching, painting Christmas decorations, creating autumnal art, learning French, creating prayer pebbles and many more.
