Event - Infant Nativity

14 December 2016

On a cold and starry night, in a small town called Nazareth, a friendly little donkey offers to help Mary and Joseph travel to Bethlehem. After a long journey, the trio arrive in Bethlehem only to find that all the inns are full. Luckily, a kind innkeeper and his wife show them the way to a warm and dry stable, where that very night a very special baby is born.

On December 14th, Reception class, Year 1 and Year 2 retold the story of the first Christmas through drama, music and song. There was even a snoring donkey!

The children sang songs whilst signing and others played instruments. It was a great opportunity to remember the true meaning of Christmas.
