Event - Mindfulness Yoga

On Friday 11th December, the whole school participated in Mindfulness Yoga.

The children enjoyed a calm and relaxing workshop that included breathing techniques and brain breaks. In addition, the children were taught techniques to use when they feel that they need some time to their selves to reflect.

The session commenced with the Bumblebee Breath and Finger Breathing to help find a calm mental space. During the session, children had some fun testing their balance by making Christmas shape poses with a partner.

Everyone had a great time!
